Miami Short Film Festival- November 24-December 1, 2012

The Miami Short Film Festival will present an exceptional selection of short films from around the world for film lovers and general audiences alike to enjoy.
The fest will run in Miami from November 24 - December 1, 2012.

Serving as South Florida’s only short film festival, MsFF was founded to showcase Miami as a leader in contemporary filmmaking, and aims to exhibit the most captivating and innovative short content. In the process, MsFF hopes to build an audience for short film as well as induldge it’s current dedicated followers. For two weeks every fall, thousands will flock to Miami to view over 50 films from around the world. These films are organized thematically, in hopes of representing the full range of the human experience as reflected by our chosen filmmakers.

The Miami Short Film Festival (MsFF) is celebrating 10 continuous years of bringing excellent cinema to South Florida. To celebrate this milestone the festival is kicking off with a series of events every month leading to the main event this November. With the launch of their new website, membership program, and partnership with Mobilfest Awards. MsFF is ready to have the 2011 festival become one of the biggest events of the year! In keeping true to its mission and philosophy that today's short films lead to tomorrow's world-renowned filmmakers, the 2010 MsFF lived up to its promise to continue to support local and international filmmakers.

10th Annual Short Film Festival, November 14-20

The Miami Short Film Festival (MsFF) is celebrating 10 continuous years of bringing excellent cinema to South Florida. The Miami Short Film Festival will be held November 14-20, 2011 at the Colony Theatre, located at 1040 Lincoln Road, in South Beach. Over the years MsFF has been accepting short films from all over the world. In 2010, MsFF received over 500 submissions from Australia, Iran, Japan, Mexico, and Argentina to name a few. The Festival's awards are without a doubt becoming one of the world's most coveted prizes in the category of shorts.
