The new Egyptian Gallery will become a
permanent display at the Museum and will showcase their prized Egyptian
Painted Sycamore Fig Wood Sarcophagus and mummy within a dedicated
gallery space. Over 37 events are expected to take place to include the
celebratory opening weekend of private and public screenings, lectures,
demonstrations, concerts, dedicated family days, special teen events,
and group tours.

Egyptia 2012 Egyptian Dance Festival- 6/1-6/3
Miami's very own three-day dance festival with three of the
world's most popular Egyptian dance artists under one roof. Aladin El
Kholy, Ahmed Fekry & Zaza Hassan will provide a weekend of
captivating dance seminars, followed by a star-studded production
(featuring some of the most admired local and international names in
Middle Eastern dance). The talent, music, dancing, and fantastic
shopping encompassing the cultural festival will bring in hundreds of
