Kite Day at Haulover Park- February 17, 2013

The sky over Miami Beach displays a marvelous array of colors and figures from hundreds of kites in the air during this festival, which features paper-kite-building classes, demonstrations from longtime kite enthusiasts, and kite-flying competitions for both children and adults. Noon-5 p.m.
