Fashion Show Extravaganza; October 22nd 7:30 pm

Ability Explosion's gala cocktail party and fashion show featuring designs from Petit Pois by Viviana G and menswear by Nicolas Felizola will be held at the beautiful Miami Beach Golf Club and will include a silent and live auction. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served at 7:00pm and the fashion show will begin at 8:30pm.
Miss Florida 2011, Lissette Garcia will be co-hosting the event along with Christina Loren from CBS 4 News. Beth Sobol, the President of Miami International Fashion Week, will be producing the Ability Explosion Fashion Show as well.

Comedy Explosion: Ability Explosion; October 21st 8:00pm

The Comedy Festival will feature hilarious stand-up acts performed by disabled comics from around the country. Come enjoy some of the amusing perspectives that people living with disabilities are able to share based on how they interpret the world around them. The event will be held at the Colony Theater.

"Lights Out Miami" is a unique simulation that teaches people what it's like to experience the tastes, the sounds and the energy of a great restaurant without seeing it-- discover how you would adapt to losing your sense of sight!
