RECORDING ARTIST DJ KIDD MADONNY
Are you ready to Wurkout?
You better prepare yourself for Recording Artist DJ Kidd Madonny’s one of kind Wurkout CD release party. If you’re planning to be here at Miami Beach Pride 2013 Block Party sponsored by MOVA Lounge, Kidd’s musical prowess and on stage showmanship will help set the tone for the weekend’s exciting high profile events.
He’s dedicated to create a unique experience and not satisfied to just let the music do the talking. From the beginning of his career Kidd’s impassioned approach to elevate the art of djing, marrying the mix with each performance and accenting it with custom designed décor, lighting and select remixes to further play off the motif display his sophisticated tastes and communication skill as a visual and audio artist. Kidd is the total package.
No other DJ can claim to bring the beats, upfront cutting edge dance mixes and patented special effects, costumes and dancers to the audience in one show. Longtime friend DJ Abel Aguilera exclaims. “You’re in your own world”. He isn’t joking.
The Miami native practically grew up in this industry when he was just about 18 and working at Glam Slam as a dancer he was told he needed a stage name and Kidd Madonny was born. While working at New York City’s Twilo he was given his first turntable by industry legend Junior Vasquez in 2001 it’s been nonstop schooling in the art djing and a complete thrill ride.
Kidd’s 3 year residency at The Manor, south Florida’s largest LGBT Nightclub drawing in 2,000 + fans, his sights are on travelling the world, having already played in Amsterdam, Berlin, Brazil, NYC, Cologne, Toronto, DC, Denver, Montreal, Paris, Philadelphia, Prague, and many others
spreading the love in a engaging and energetic, creative live performance highlighting the day’s up to the minute dance trends with a arsenal of remixes & fierce live show to tear the roof off. No one leaves unhappy. I heard a fan once say. If Lady Gaga were a DJ I bet she’d be a lot like Kidd Madonny.
In the age of the virtual Recording Artist DJ Kidd Madonny insists on keeping it real mixing live on 3 CDJs and working the visual aspects of his performance nearly as hard as the music. Now the national release Wurkout on Centaur Entertainment he’s touring the world with his patented show in support of his new release and he’s pleased to be able to perform for his hometown. Kidd’s words to you. Thank you Miami and much love to you all!
