The Mad Hatter Arts Festival is a fun, zany art and music festival, held each autumn in the historic village of Coconut Grove, located on Biscayne Bay. "The Grove" has a deep Bohemian history of quirky artists and musicians. The two-day event celebrates its seventh year on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30, with artists exhibiting on the grounds of The Barnacle Historic State Park and on the sidewalk along Main Highway.
