Her taste and expressive vocal approach have made her a favorite amongst world music lovers in South America. Maria has issued four commercially released CDs. Her third, "Maria Alejandra Canciones de Enrique Hidalgo", received wide critical and commercial success in Venezuela. She has performed in the most important venues in her country, in several Jazz Clubs in Paris -such as Bilboquet, Duc des lombards and Baiser Salé-, at venues in New York such as Terraza Café; and she was featured at the Buis les Baronnies Jazz Festival in France (2006) and The Golden Boleros Festival in Havana, Cuba (2002, 2004).

9:00pm Victor Martinez Live at Avenue D!

Victor Martinez's range of musical influences span the entire spectrum of genres. His earliest influences were inspired by his Cuban upbringing. He discovered artists such as Beny More, Willy Chirino, the late Celia Cruz, and Los Munequitos de Matanzas. He also discovered a passion for R&B artists of the 90's such as D'Angelo. After completing his A.A. at MDC as the Honours Graduate of the music department, Victor was accepted into the prestigous Jazz Guitar department at the University of North Florida. Were he  studied for three years under Jazz Guitar virtuoso Barry Greene. Victor is also completing the compositions for his upcoming trio album in 2013.

Excellent musician and performer Johnny Holliday serenades audiences once again with his unique renditions of popular songs and his own original music.
