South Beach Wine & Food Festival- February 21-24, 2013

Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world's most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. The festival benefits Florida International University's (FIU) School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. 

Wine enthusiasts and foodies descend on South Beach from February 21-24, 2013 at the star-studded event featureing parties hosted by the likes of Rachel Ray, Martha Stewart and Bobby Flay. Attendees can taste-test their way around South Beach during this showcase of the nation’s top culinary talents. Events not to be missed include the Moet Hennesy’s The Q hosted, this year, by Paula Deen and sons, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Best of the Best and the Amstel Light Burger Bash. Make sure you attend the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village, held on Saturday, February 23 and Sunday the 24th, directly on the beach at 13th and ocean. Imagine that! Sand in your toes, drinking all the wines you wish to taste, with bites from many eateries. 
 
 Catch all of your favorite Food Network & Cooking Channel chefs and culinary personalities at their own 45-minute segments on the KitchenAid Culinary Demonstration stages. Have a book from your fave chef? Snag a signature from the rock stars of the culinary world at the Food Network Book Signing Tents. Attendees will also be able to text in their favorite dishes to vote for the first annual Miami New Times’ Short Order's Best Bite on the Beach award.
